We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit the Site and use our services, including uploading brokerage statements for portfolio analysis.

This Policy applies solely to visitors and users located in the United States. We do not knowingly collect or process data from individuals in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions subject to GDPR or similar strict data protection laws.

• Brokerage CSV files you upload (containing account details, holdings, tickers, quantities, values, etc.)
• Any information you voluntarily provide (e.g., through contact forms or feedback)

Automatically Collected Information

• Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL)
• Usage data (pages visited, time spent, interactions such as file uploads and viewing analysis)
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies section below)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and analyze the brokerage CSV files you upload and generate quantitative portfolio insights and AI-powered summaries
• To improve the Site, fix bugs, and develop new features (e.g., future account recommendations)
• To understand how users interact with the service via aggregated, anonymized analytics
• To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data and better understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 sets first-party cookies to track sessions, page views, events (such as uploads and analysis views), and general site performance.

We have enabled IP anonymization so the last octet of your IP address is masked. We do not use GA4 for advertising, remarketing, or personalized ads. We do not combine GA4 data with any personally identifiable information from your uploaded files.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information or the contents of your uploaded brokerage files to third parties.

We may share anonymized, aggregated usage statistics with service providers (e.g., Google for analytics processing) under strict confidentiality terms. These providers are prohibited from using the data for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety of users or the public, or to enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your uploaded files and usage data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Uploaded CSV files are processed temporarily on our server and deleted after analysis.

6. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. Residents)

Depending on your state of residence (e.g., California under CCPA/CPRA, Colorado, Virginia, etc.), you may have rights to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
• Request deletion of personal information we hold
• Opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not currently sell or share data in a way that triggers this right)

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
